A kind donation of
£10.00 has been received from another cat lover. This person is the
proud owner of Henry a beautiful and gentle black and white cat he is
approximately 11 years old and came from a Cat Protection shelter. He
was found wandering as a stray with sight only in one eye. Unfortunately
life has taken another cruel turn for Henry as he has now lost sight in
his remaining good eye and has now been diagnosed as totally blind. As
we can all imagine this has been a most distressful time not only for
Henry but also for his owner. On a happy note for Henry he has got a
loving owner who will make sure that he will live out his days in a safe
and happy environment which all cats that are blind require. Henry is
coping quite well and is finding his way around brilliantly and is very
contented. A special thank you goes to this lady who in her time of
distress still managed to think of other cats that need our help.

A donation has been received for the sum of £50.00.This was given 'In Memory' of a little cat called Tabby who recently passed away. Tabby lived to the grand old age of 20 years. I know everyone will empathize with Tabby's owner at this time. It is a sad fact of life that animal's have a much shorter life span than ours and when you take on a pet it is inevitable that you will take on it's death as well. It is not an easy time for all of us to deal with.
Donation
